Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Counsel, Rest of Asia.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain third-party risk management and conduct due diligence evaluations
• Oversee secretarial functions and ensure compliance with statutory requirements for regional entities
• Draft, negotiate, and finalize various commercial contracts and provide legal advice on business decisions

Required Qualifications

• Degree qualification from an accredited university
• 8+ years of relevant experience
• Bar certificate in any Rest of Asia jurisdiction
• People management experience
• Ability to speak Thai, Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia, or any other Asian language is preferred
