Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Legal to lead their Americas commercial legal team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of commercial legal attorneys, ensuring high-quality legal support
• Review and negotiate various agreements, including enterprise software licenses and SaaS agreements
• Provide practical legal guidance to support go-to-market activities and revenue growth across the Americas

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial legal roles, focusing on technology transactions
• Proven experience leading and managing a team of legal professionals
• Extensive experience with commercial contracting for on-premise software and SaaS agreements
