Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Legal to provide strategic legal support in a fast-paced technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead advertising technology contracting and navigate privacy and regulatory issues
• Negotiate content licensing and distribution agreements with partners
• Provide product counseling and support corporate governance and employment law matters

Required Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and an active U.S. license to practice law
• 10+ years of experience in law firms and in-house, focusing on commercial and technology transactions
• Proven ability to lead complex commercial deals, particularly in advertising technology
• Substantive knowledge of data privacy laws and regulations related to advertising technology
• Experience providing product counseling to engineering and product teams
