Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Licensed Legal Engineer, the candidate will work directly with law firm clients to redesign legal workflows through practical process improvements and AI-enabled solutions, focusing on diagnosing inefficiencies and translating legal needs into actionable AI workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with law firm clients to understand and improve legal workflows, translating them into AI-enabled solutions
• Create and refine AI agents and workflows tailored to legal contexts, ensuring they meet evaluation and quality benchmarks
• Coordinate across multiple teams to ensure AI solutions are aligned with legal governance and data security requirements

Required Qualifications

• Law Degree strongly preferred, with experience in legal operations or technology environments
• Hands-on experience with AI agents and large language models in applied legal settings
• Ability to conduct workflow analysis and process mapping to enhance legal services
• Strong understanding of legal workflows and the operational pressures within law firms
• Knowledge of data security and confidentiality requirements in legal contexts
