Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Legal to provide strategic legal leadership across global operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and define the global legal strategy across regulated and non-regulated markets
• Oversee ongoing compliance with all local, regional, and international iGaming laws and regulatory frameworks
• Lead and mentor a high-performing international legal team while fostering accountability and professional growth

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of legal experience, ideally within iGaming or high growth digital sectors operating internationally
• Qualification as a Solicitor (5+ years PQE minimum required)
• Deep expertise operating in both regulated and non-regulated environments
• Extensive background in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements
• Demonstrated experience managing competing priorities in fast scaling environments
