Job Summary
Managing complex strategic projects, the full-time Licensed Legal Project Specialist will collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure exceptional customer service and efficient project execution while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Execute legal processes by applying legal expertise and resolving issues under guidance
- Coordinate project activities and communicate updates with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Review and prepare documentation while responding to complex client inquiries
Required qualifications:
- JD from an accredited U.S. law school or a foreign law degree with an LLM
- Proven experience in client engagement and handling complex legal claims
- Active, unrestricted license in good standing from at least one U.S. jurisdiction preferred
- Experience in project or program management with global stakeholders
- Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and adaptability to various technical systems
