Required Qualifications

• Licensed attorney (JD + active bar admission) with 20+ years of legal experience
• Demonstrated thought leadership through speaking, teaching, or publishing in the legal field
• Familiarity with legal workflows and law firm culture
• Knowledgeable about legal ethics and regulatory considerations related to legal technology
• Passionate about advancing ethical innovation in the legal profession
