Licensed Legal Subject Matter Expert
Job Summary
Seeking a Licensed Legal Subject Matter Expert, the part-time contract attorney will review AI-generated legal responses, evaluate research accuracy, and develop evaluation rubrics while working remotely for approximately 3 months at a minimum of 25 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and assess AI-generated responses related to the area of legal expertise
- Create or calibrate evaluation rubrics with objective pass/fail criteria
- Identify legal reasoning errors and verify factual assertions and legal citations
Required Qualifications
- Licensed attorney, JD/LL.M. graduate, or senior legal research specialist/paralegal
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Corporate Law, Securities Law, or Employment & Labor Law
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Experience evaluating legal reasoning and identifying citation or authority issues
- Availability to work 7 hours per day between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM PST
