Licensed Lending Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lending Attorney for a remote, temporary position lasting 3+ months.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate various lending transaction documents, including promissory notes and credit agreements
• Review legal opinions and analyze transaction structures and associated legal risks
• Ensure compliance with relevant legal requirements in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

Required Qualifications

• Must be a licensed attorney in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• Experience in drafting and negotiating lending transaction documents
• Knowledge of legal risks associated with lending transactions
• Ability to work remotely and manage a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week
• Willingness to commit to a temporary position with the possibility of extension
