Licensed Liability Claims Examiner

Job Summary

Analyzing Auto Bodily Injury and Property Damage claims, the remote Licensed Liability Claims Examiner will adjudicate complex customer claims, negotiate settlements, and communicate with clients while ensuring adherence to service expectations and industry best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Analyzing and processing claims to achieve timely resolutions through effective investigation and information gathering
• Negotiating settlements of claims within designated authority
• Communicating claim activity and processing updates with claimants and clients

Required qualifications

• 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Professional certification applicable to the line of business preferred
• Knowledge of nationwide jurisdiction practices
• Licensing as required for the role
