Licensed Liability Claims Examiner

Job Summary

Analyzing General Liability and Auto Liability Bodily Injury claims, the full-time Licensed Liability Claims Examiner will adjudicate complex customer claims, negotiate settlements, and communicate with clients while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Analyzing and processing claims to achieve timely resolutions through investigation and information gathering
• Negotiating settlements of claims within designated authority
• Communicating claim activity and processing with claimants and clients

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• Professional certification applicable to the line of business preferred
• Knowledge of US jurisdiction regulations
• Licensing is preferred
