Licensed Liability Claims Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Liability Claims Specialist-E&S (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Independently review and analyze auto claims to determine applicable coverages and settlement calculations
• Gather documentation to support claimed damages and negotiate settlements based on findings
• Ensure compliance with company, state, and federal regulations while documenting and processing claims

Required Qualifications

• Adjuster licenses in states requiring them
• 1-5 years of Commercial and/or Personal Lines Auto experience preferred
• College degree preferred
• Understanding of Garage Auto/Auto Dealer policy language and endorsements preferred
• Industry training/designations preferred
