Job Summary

Seeking qualified Global Contract Life and Wellness Coaches, the fully remote 1099 contract position will deliver tele-coaching sessions to support clients in achieving personal and professional goals related to stress, relationships, and overall wellbeing.

Key responsibilities

• Provide structured life and wellness coaching sessions via video to clients in designated regions
• Support clients in setting goals and building confidence to navigate common life challenges
• Maintain session notes and availability within the electronic health record (EHR) system

Required qualifications

• Actively credentialed by a globally recognized coaching body (e.g., ICF, EMCC)
• Minimum of 100 hours of post-training coaching experience
• Training in evidence-based modalities such as NVC, NLP, or Positive Psychology
• Fluency in Spanish and comfort with technology for telehealth delivery
• Commitment to providing culturally competent and empathetic care
