Job Summary

A company is looking for a Life Insurance Sales Associate (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to educate them on life and health insurance options
• Handle inbound calls from existing customers regarding service needs and sales
• Address customer inquiries related to billing, policy changes, and claims

Required Qualifications

• Active Health and Life Insurance License in the state of residence
• At least 1 year of experience in an inbound/outbound call center
• Previous experience in health and life sales
• Ability to connect and build rapport over the phone
• Good employment tenure and ability to navigate technical issues independently
