Key Responsibilities

• Engage directly with clients to educate them on life and health insurance options
• Handle inbound calls from existing customers regarding service needs and sales
• Address billing issues, policy changes, inquiries, and claims during customer interactions

Required Qualifications and Education

• Active Health and Life Insurance License in the state of residence
• At least 1 year of experience in inbound/outbound call center roles
• Previous experience in health and life sales
• Ability to navigate technical issues independently
• Good employment tenure
