Licensed Life Insurance Agent

Job Summary

Promoting the sale of life insurance products in a high-volume remote call center environment, the full-time Licensed Life Insurance Agent will explain product features, complete applications, and achieve sales goals while providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Promotes the sale of life insurance products and identifies cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
• Completes necessary applications and follows internal processing procedures to ensure compliance with company policies
• Provides advanced technical and product information to customers to meet established sales and quality goals

Required qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of sales and/or customer service experience; at least 1 year in insurance or financial services preferred
• Current license to sell life insurance
• Proven track record of delivering high levels of customer-focused service
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and web-related products
