Job Summary
Promoting the sale of life insurance products in a high-volume remote call center environment, the full-time Licensed Life Insurance Agent will explain product features, complete applications, and achieve sales goals while providing exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Promotes the sale of life insurance products and identifies cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
- Completes necessary applications and follows internal processing procedures to ensure compliance with company policies
- Provides advanced technical and product information to customers to meet established sales and quality goals
Required qualifications
- High School degree or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of sales and/or customer service experience; at least 1 year in insurance or financial services preferred
- Current license to sell life insurance
- Proven track record of delivering high levels of customer-focused service
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and web-related products
