Job Summary

Guiding customers through the life insurance buying process, the full-time Licensed Life Insurance Agent will engage with potential clients via calls, emails, and SMS, educate them on products, and provide a seamless application experience in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Engage potential customers through inbound and outbound communication channels
• Educate customers on product offerings and assist them throughout the application process
• Build relationships with clients to drive conversion targets and enhance customer experience

Required qualifications

• 2-3 years of telesales experience in life insurance
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce or equivalent CRM software
• Proven sales track record with the ability to overcome objections
• Bilingual candidates in English and Spanish are strongly preferred
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
