Licensed Life Insurance Agent

Job Summary

To achieve specific sales production goals, the full-time Licensed Life Insurance Agent will promote and sell AAA Life Insurance products in a high-volume, fast-paced remote call center environment while providing advanced product information and completing necessary applications.

Key responsibilities

• Promotes the sale of AAA Life Insurance products and identifies cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
• Completes applications and follows internal processing procedures to ensure compliance with company policies
• Achieves established sales goals and provides technical product information in response to customer inquiries

Required qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred
• Minimum 2 years of sales and/or customer service experience, with at least 1 year in insurance or financial services preferred
• Current license to sell life insurance
• Proven track record of providing high-level customer-focused services
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and ability to navigate multiple information sources
