Licensed Life Insurance Sales Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Manager, Expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a remote team of 10+ licensed Life Insurance Agents to meet and exceed monthly targets
• Coach, train, and mentor Agents to achieve personal sales targets consistently
• Foster a positive sales culture and improve agent retention through effective management

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of B2C inside sales leadership experience
• At least 4 years in the telesales insurance industry in a management role
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Strong knowledge of CRM software, preferably Salesforce
