Licensed Life Sales Agent

Job Summary

To support the SelectQuote Life division, the full-time Licensed Life Sales Agent will sell fully-underwritten and simplified-issue life insurance, focusing on term policies, while working remotely and receiving warm leads daily without the need for cold-calling or travel.

Key responsibilities

• Sell life insurance policies using provided warm leads and administrative support from the Case Management department
• Achieve sales targets through effective communication and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Engage in ongoing training and coaching to enhance sales skills and product knowledge

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 1-year sales experience preferred, with a strong history of success
• Call center experience preferred
• Life resident insurance license required, with costs reimbursed after training completion
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer required
