Job Summary

Providing telephonic health education and coaching, the part-time Licensed Lifestyle Health Coach will utilize participant-centered methodologies to assist individuals in achieving their health goals based on their health risk appraisals.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver telephonic health coaching tailored to participants' health risk assessments and stages of change
• Utilize coaching methodologies to enhance healthy lifestyle behaviors and improve long-term health outcomes
• Assist participants in setting and achieving short and long-term health goals while maintaining accurate records for continuity of care

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5 years of health and wellness experience
• Must achieve and maintain a nationally recognized certification within 12 months of employment
• Strong telephonic relationship-building skills and excellent written communication abilities
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Proficient in technology with the ability to navigate multiple screens simultaneously
