Licensed Litigation Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Litigation Associate with 3-5 years of experience in general commercial litigation.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle discovery, motion practice, research and writing
• Attend court and deposition appearances in support of commercial and financial services litigation teams
• Work directly with local and national clients while being mentored by experienced attorneys

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in litigation at a law firm
• Juris doctorate required
• Must be licensed to practice in the United States
• Experience with commercial litigation clients preferred
• Willingness to work in a fully remote setting
