Licensed Litigation Associate

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Junior Litigation Associate, the candidate will manage complex commercial litigation, arbitration, and high-level disputes while collaborating directly with partners and senior associates in a dynamic legal environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle a diverse range of high-stakes disputes, including commercial litigation and employment disputes
• Conduct legal research and analysis with minimal oversight, demonstrating ownership of assigned cases
• Prepare for and participate in court proceedings, including depositions and trials

Required qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school; law school transcript required
• Licensed and in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, preferably NY, CA, DE, IL, DC, FL, or TX
• 2-3 years of experience in complex litigation at a top commercial litigation firm
• Strong academic record, ideally top of the class at a well-regarded law school
• Meaningful hands-on litigation experience, including stand-up experience in court or arbitration
