A company is looking for a Part-Time Litigation Attorney (Brief Writing) to support a law firm on a project basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft complex legal briefs, motions, and memoranda
• Conduct thorough legal research and apply findings effectively
• Coordinate with firm attorneys as needed to align with strategic goals

Required Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Licensed and in good standing with any U.S. state bar
• Strong litigation writing experience, including complex briefs
• Ability to deliver polished, persuasive written work with limited supervision
• Excellent research and analytical skills
