Job Summary

A company is looking for a Litigation Attorney.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of civil litigation, including researching legal issues, drafting motions, and preparing for trials
• Communicate directly with clients to advise on litigation risks and strategies
• Develop a client base and articulate a business development plan

Required Qualifications

• At least seven years of experience at a national or regional law firm or in-house with a reputable company
• Graduated from a top-tier law school or have an excellent reputation in the industry
• Experience in financial services or general civil defense litigation is a plus
• Ability to manage a diverse client base with national litigation needs
• Interest in autonomy over practice while collaborating with other attorneys
