Job Summary

A company is looking for a Litigation Attorney (Remote) with extensive complex commercial litigation experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct and respond to discovery, legal research, and writing
• Prepare legal pleadings, motions, and statements
• Work independently with minimal supervision on complex commercial litigation cases

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of complex commercial litigation experience
• Prior experience at a full-service AmLaw 200 firm or sophisticated litigation boutique preferred
• Excellent academic credentials
• Licensed to practice law and in good standing
• Outstanding references
