Licensed Litigation Attorney

Job Summary

Supporting a national SaaS company, the fractional in-house Licensed Litigation Attorney will provide remote commercial litigation assistance, manage outside counsel coordination, and advise on litigation risks during a 2-3 month engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Provide general commercial litigation support, including case assessment and strategy input
• Manage subpoenas, including document collection, privilege review, and production coordination
• Serve as the primary contact for outside litigation counsel, overseeing workflows and budgets

Required qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school with active bar membership in good standing
• 5+ years of litigation experience, preferably in commercial litigation within in-house or law firm settings
• Experience in responding to subpoenas and managing outside counsel relationships
• Preferred experience in employment counseling or employment litigation
• Familiarity with SaaS, technology, or public company environments is a plus
