Job Summary

Managing complex general liability claims, the full-time Licensed Litigation Claims Adjuster will conduct detailed investigations, negotiate settlements, and mentor junior adjusters while working fully remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Independently analyze claims exposure and recommend settlement strategies
• Create coverage denial letters and negotiate settlements with involved parties
• Document claim activities and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• High school diploma
• 7 or more years of related claims experience at a senior adjuster level
• Active adjuster licenses in NY, FL, TX, AZ, and CA
• Knowledge of industry standards and practices
• Experience with claims and business software
