Licensed Litigation Counsel

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Licensed Litigation Counsel to manage litigation and dispute resolution processes, providing practical legal advice and supporting operational improvements while collaborating with internal teams and outside counsel.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all phases of litigation and arbitration, including case assessment, discovery, and trial preparation
• Develop scalable litigation management processes and tools, enhancing efficiency and consistency
• Oversee outside counsel performance, ensuring alignment with company objectives and effective legal spending management

Required qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in at least one state bar
• 5+ years of litigation experience with significant responsibility for managing disputes
• Experience with consumer finance or construction-related litigation preferred
• Proven ability to assess legal issues and provide business-oriented advice
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously
