Licensed Litigation Support Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Litigation Support Attorney to assist in complex litigation at the trial and appellate levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assign litigation support tasks to paralegals and legal assistants while ensuring quality and timely completion
• Mentor and train legal support staff to enhance their litigation skills and procedural knowledge
• Manage all phases of litigation from an operational standpoint, including pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• JD or LL.B. required; LL.M. acceptable with at least 10 years of experience
• Minimum of 4 years of experience supporting litigation matters in a law firm or comparable legal environment
• Substantial experience with complex litigation, including trial and appellate support, preferred
• Experience mentoring and supervising others strongly preferred
• Admission to at least one U.S. state bar required; active status preferred but not required
