Job Summary

Supporting high volume loan officers in the Central and Eastern Time Zones, the full-time Licensed Loan Officer Assistant will manage the mortgage loan origination process by reviewing files, collecting documentation, and facilitating communication between clients, underwriters, and origination staff in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide administrative, marketing, and processing support to Loan Officers to enhance business generation
  • Maintain effective communication with agents and customers to ensure timely receipt of loan packages and documents
  • Organize and track the loan pipeline, coordinating with various departments to clear loan conditions and meet deadlines
Required qualifications
  • 3-5 years of mortgage experience required
  • Licensed Loan Officer Assistant preferred
  • Ability to maintain education with regulatory and industry standards
  • Strong customer service and presentation skills
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS Office products
