Job Summary

To support a diverse range of lending models, experienced Licensed Loan Officers - Remote will originate various types of loans, manage borrower relationships, and collaborate with internal teams while working in a flexible remote, hybrid, or in-office environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Originate residential, investment, bridge, or commercial loans based on the specific role
• Manage borrower relationships from intake through closing, ensuring compliance with lending requirements
• Collaborate with processing, underwriting, and closing teams to meet production expectations

Required qualifications:

• Active NMLS license required for residential roles
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience depending on the role type, with proven production history for senior positions
• Spanish fluency required for bilingual roles
• Commercial or private money experience necessary where applicable
• Understanding of personal production style to align with the appropriate compensation model and support structure
