Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Processor.

Key Responsibilities

Process residential mortgage loans in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Obtain, review, and submit complete loan documentation to Underwriting for approval
Manage a pipeline of loans, ensuring timely and compliant processing

Required Qualifications and Experience

4-5 years of retail loan processing experience
Experience with Government (FHA/VA) and Conventional loans
Familiarity with Point; experience with BYTE is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
