Licensed Loan Processor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Processor to join their Consumer Direct team.

Key Responsibilities

• Process residential mortgage loan files from initial application to funding
• Review loan applications and gather necessary documents for loan approval
• Ensure all loan documentation is complete, accurate, and complies with policies

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Mortgage Processing, specifically in Purchase and Jumbo
• Strong working knowledge of Encompass
• Knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, and VA guidelines
• Proficiency with DU and LP, FHA Connection, and VA Portal
