Licensed Loan Processor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Processor responsible for ensuring accurate and compliant processing of loan files.

Key Responsibilities

• Process residential mortgage loans in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Obtain, review, and submit complete loan documentation to Underwriting for approval
• Manage a pipeline of loans, ensuring timely and compliant processing through to closing

Required Qualifications

• 4-5 years of loan processing experience, preferably in retail processing
• Experience with Conventional and Government (FHA/VA) loans
• Able to manage a pipeline of 45+ loans and fund at least 30 loans per month
• Familiarity with Byte preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
