Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Processor.

Key Responsibilities

Process residential mortgage loans in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Obtain and review loan documentation and submit complete loan packages to Underwriting
Manage a pipeline of loans ensuring timely and compliant flow through the process

Required Qualifications

4-5 years of loan processing experience, preferably in retail processing
Experience with Conventional and Government (FHA/VA) loans
Able to manage a pipeline of 45+ loans and fund at least 30 loans per month
Familiarity with Byte is preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
