Licensed Loan Processor

Job Summary

Providing quality customer service in a remote environment, the full-time Licensed Loan Processor will be responsible for obtaining necessary documentation for loan underwriting, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing the loan pipeline.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform thorough reviews and analyses of borrower's credit, employment, income, and assets prior to underwriting
• Assemble complete loan packages and verify all required documentation for accuracy and compliance
• Communicate with customers and Loan Officers to obtain necessary documentation and manage the loan approval process

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years' residential mortgage processing experience
• Experience with Encompass software
• Working knowledge of RESPA regulations and mortgage lending regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with DU and LP systems
