Job Summary
To provide quality customer service in the mortgage industry, the full-time remote Licensed Loan Processor will manage the documentation process for loan underwriting, ensuring compliance with regulations and communicating effectively with customers and Loan Officers.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform thorough reviews of borrower documentation and assemble complete loan packages for underwriting
- Verify compliance with mortgage-related regulations and prepare necessary disclosures
- Manage the loan pipeline by documenting communication and submitting reports within designated timelines
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years' residential mortgage processing experience
- Experience with Encompass software
- Working knowledge of RESPA regulations and general mortgage lending regulations
- Excellent math and analytical skills
