Job Summary
To drive revenue growth and build strong client relationships, the full-time Licensed Loan Sales Representative will assess clients' financial needs, educate them on loan products, and facilitate the loan application process while working remotely during specified shifts.
Key responsibilities
- Assess clients' financial needs and facilitate the loan application process
- Engage with clients to promote understanding of loan products and meet monthly sales targets
- Manage both inbound and outbound calls while collaborating with verification teams for a seamless customer experience
Required qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in personal lending or loan advisory roles
- Documented success in converting leads to sales and meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Technological literacy for assisting clients with document uploads and troubleshooting
- Strong understanding of personal finance and lending regulations
- Ability to follow compliance standards and read detailed scripts during calls
