Job Summary

To drive revenue growth and build strong client relationships, the full-time Licensed Loan Sales Representative will assess clients' financial needs, educate them on loan products, and facilitate the loan application process while working remotely during specified shifts.

Key responsibilities
  • Assess clients' financial needs and facilitate the loan application process
  • Engage with clients to promote understanding of loan products and meet monthly sales targets
  • Manage both inbound and outbound calls while collaborating with verification teams for a seamless customer experience
Required qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in personal lending or loan advisory roles
  • Documented success in converting leads to sales and meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Technological literacy for assisting clients with document uploads and troubleshooting
  • Strong understanding of personal finance and lending regulations
  • Ability to follow compliance standards and read detailed scripts during calls
