Job Summary

To support efficient claims management, the fully remote Licensed Managed Repair Analyst will provide excellent customer service and file auditing services, ensuring contractor estimating procedures align with industry standards and pricing guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the reconstruction portion of claims, facilitating communication and active management throughout the process
• Evaluate reconstruction needs, review loss information, and verify claim status with insurance carriers
• Audit invoices for appropriate scope, negotiate pricing, and provide clarity to customer inquiries

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the insurance industry, with 3-4 years handling Property claims
• Active Adjuster License is required
• Advanced knowledge of Xactimate and Xactanalysis
• Strong ability to audit estimates and negotiate effectively
• Reliable high-speed internet connection suitable for remote work
