Licensed Management Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an EAP Dedicated Management Consultant (Remote, TEMPORARY).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide management consultation to enhance employee wellbeing and workplace effectiveness
• Coordinate and deliver virtual critical incident response requests and manage follow-ups
• Maintain accurate documentation to meet risk management and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist with a minimum of 3 years of experience (independent licensure required)
• Experience delivering and coordinating critical incident response
• Supervisory experience and/or experience working with management and HR professionals preferred
• Knowledge of healthcare settings and community resources
• Familiarity with employee assistance/human services programs
