Licensed Material Damage Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Material Damage Specialist to deliver auto physical damage appraisals and improve service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver client Auto Physical Damage appraisals/audits/evaluations in compliance with regulations and quality standards
• Maintain and enhance service delivery to meet or exceed contractual service level agreements (SLAs)
• Drive productivity while identifying operational efficiencies through technology or process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience with insurance carriers, automotive appraisal, or body shop estimating
• Current home state adjuster license or designated home state license if applicable
• High school diploma required; advanced education or training preferred
• Strong knowledge of electronic estimating software and ability to multitask with multiple applications
• Ability to work independently from a virtual office without direct supervision
