Job Summary

A company is looking for a Material Damage Specialist who will deliver high-quality auto physical damage appraisals and maintain service standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver client auto physical damage appraisals, audits, and evaluations in compliance with regulations and quality standards
  • Maintain and improve service delivery to meet or exceed contractual service level agreements while resolving disputes effectively
  • Drive productivity standards and identify operational efficiencies through technology or process improvements
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance, automotive appraisal, or body shop estimating
  • Current home state adjuster license or designated home state if applicable
  • High school diploma required; advanced education or training preferred
  • Strong knowledge of electronic estimating software and ability to manage multiple applications
  • Ability to work independently in a virtual office environment
