Licensed Maternal Child Health Director

Job Summary

Providing strategic leadership and operational oversight, the full-time Licensed Maternal Child Health Director will manage enterprise-wide maternal, newborn, and child health programs remotely, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based care management and collaboration with various stakeholders to improve health outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Set vision and strategy for maternal and child health care management programs based on recognized quality standards
• Design and implement clinical programs, including perinatal safety and neonatal care coordination
• Leverage population health data analytics to identify risks and develop targeted interventions for vulnerable populations

Required qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in perinatal, maternal, newborn, or pediatric care management programs
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience focused on collaboration and employee engagement
• Clinical licensure and/or certification relevant to the area of expertise
• Experience in utilization management, care management, or behavioral health
• Proficiency in data analytics and implementing data-driven programs and solutions
