Job Summary
To support nursing homes in enhancing quality measure performance, the full-time Licensed MDS Quality Consultant will provide expert consultation on MDS processes, assist in identifying improvement strategies, and coach clinical teams, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide expert consultation regarding MDS processes and coding accuracy
- Assist facilities in identifying quality measure opportunities and improvement strategies

Required qualifications
- Licensed Registered Nurse
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing home experience
- Demonstrated experience with MDS assessment processes
- Strong knowledge of CMS Quality Measures
- Experience providing education and coaching to healthcare teams
