Licensed Mechanical Project Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Licensed Mechanical Project Manager to oversee construction projects remotely, ensuring successful completion through effective management of project documentation, schedules, and budgets while maintaining client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage all project documentation and budgets, ensuring financial success and profitability
• Schedule and lead project hand-off meetings, coordinating with field supervisors and subcontractors
• Prepare monthly project billing and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction

Required qualifications

• Previous experience in project management or a BS/BA degree in Building Science, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• PMP, CCM, or equivalent certification is preferred
• OSHA 30, First Aid, and CPR Training
• Extensive experience managing construction project budgets
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in a leadership role
