Licensed Medical Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Director to provide clinical leadership in a trauma-focused treatment program.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure high standards of trauma-informed, evidence-based psychiatric care and provide clinical oversight
• Collaborate with therapy leadership to develop integrated treatment planning and contribute to program evolution
• Champion quality improvement initiatives and monitor clinical quality metrics for compliance and outcomes

Required Qualifications

• MD or DO with completion of an accredited Psychiatry residency
• Board certified in Psychiatry (or board eligible with a timeline to certification)
• Active, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. state; multi-state licensure preferred
• Significant experience in outpatient psychiatry and medication management
• Commitment to trauma-informed, patient-centered care
