Licensed Medical Director, Behavioral Health

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Director, Integrated Behavioral Health.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Behavioral Health program, focusing on collaborative care and psychiatry e-consults
• Monitor program performance and assess the quality of care provided to behavioral health patients
• Deliver psychiatric care and maintain collaborative relationships with external stakeholders

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Board-certified psychiatrist with at least 2 years of clinical experience in adult psychiatry
• Prior experience in building integrated behavioral health clinical programs preferred
• Experience managing other behavioral health clinicians preferred
• Telehealth experience preferred
• Experience serving Medicare Advantage and/or Medicaid populations preferred
