Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Director, Clinical Quality & Training.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a high-volume clinical load while modeling patient communication and clinical reasoning
• Author and update clinical guidelines for longevity and acute care workflows
• Lead clinician onboarding and mentorship, providing intensive coaching during their first 90 days

Required Qualifications

• MD or DO degree with an active, unrestricted medical license and Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Demonstrated expertise in longevity medicine and health-span optimization
• 5+ years of experience in direct patient care and leading clinical quality or training initiatives
• Ability to create engaging digital educational content for training purposes
• Strong analytical skills with a background in peer-reviewed research
