Job Summary

To improve AI-generated career guidance for healthcare professionals, the fully remote Licensed Medical Doctor Evaluator will review career-related inquiries, craft expert-level responses, and develop evaluation criteria for AI advice on a flexible contract basis.

Key responsibilities

• Review and respond to career-related questions from medical professionals at various stages
• Write high-quality "golden answers" that provide expert career guidance in the medical field
• Create evaluation rubrics to assess the accuracy of AI-generated career advice

Required qualifications

• Licensed Medical Doctor or Physician with active professional experience
• Strong understanding of medical training pathways in Canada
• Experience mentoring medical students, residents, or junior physicians
• Excellent written communication skills in English
• Ability to provide practical and realistic career advice
